Alyssum ‘Giga White’ – Seeds
Giga White’ is the tallest of all Alyssum varieties and also boasts the largest blooms! Producing pillowy flowerheads of dazzling white flowers that create a spectacular display in a container or hanging basket, either alone or amongst other bedding plants. Alyssum ‘Giga White’ also makes excellent ground cover in rockeries and borders where their scented flowers will bloom throughout summer, attracting a wealth of pollinating insects. Height: 15cm (6in). Spread: 30cm (12in). Culinary note: The leaves and flowers of sweet alyssum have a pungent flavour, similar to kale. Try adding them to salads, cold soups or even omelettes.
