Cauliflower ‘Whitex’
Some of the whitest curds you?re likely to see on a cauliflower, ?Whitex? is a product of some revolutionary breeding, meaning that they do not discolour or fade in sunlight. This hybrid, early summer maturing variety is an upright plant with exposed curds, it is not self-covering like many cauliflower, which makes it a lot easier to see if it?s ready for harvest or not. The curds will even retain their colour after harvesting, keeping their white glow even during long periods of storing. Height:45cm (18”). Spread:60cm (24”).
