Lychnis Alpina

This beautiful compact hardy perennial will make a wonderful addition to patio pots, alpines, rockeries and wall crevices. Lychnis alpina produces round clusters of pink blooms which appear above cumps of slender, grey-green foliage in May and June. This Alpine Catchfly will grow well in poor, sandy soils and although it doesn’t flower for long it tends to self-seed to create colonies. Height and spread: 15cm (6in).
