This Oca produces starchy, potato like swollen roots that bare a deliciously nutty and zesty lemon taste. A tuberous crop with origins in the Andes, ?Giggles? provides edible tubers and leaves, of which are well known as ?Peruvian Wood Sorrel?, which taste great in salads and other cold green dishes.
