Sorrel Volare – Seeds
Sorrel ‘Volare’ is a hardy perennial herb that adds a lemony zing to salads, sauces, pasta, and egg dishes. Once sown, it can be harvested for years. Sorrel is one of the earliest crops, ready to harvest in late spring because it is easy to grow and grows quickly. The leaves are high in vitamin C and should be picked when they are young and tender with a slight crunch. 45 cm in height and spread (18).
