This winter radish is perfect for making good use of winter ground, without being as challenging to grow as other traditional winter crops like brassicas.Radish ‘Triumphator is a versatile vegetable that offers a crisp, peppery crunch in salads or fermented into kimchi. It can also be used in the same way as turnip or swede, with a much milder flavour and starchy texture when cooked in soups, stews and stir fries.
