Clethra alnifolia ‘Hummingbird’
Clethra alnifolia ‘Hummingbird’ is a unique dwarf Clethra. It is not commonly found in the UK but is well worth growing in your garden. They need no maintenance, and this compact variety has a much denser habit and more flowers than other Clethra. The bushy and upright Clethra alnifolia ‘Hummingbird’ adds structure to the back of a mixed cottage garden border. During the summer, Clethra plants produce summer spikes of clove-scented, creamy white flowers that resemble Hebe blooms. Height and Spread: 120cm (48).
