Armeria ‘Ballerina Lilac’
This beautiful hardy perennial is a well-loved choice for coastal areas and rockeries due to its excellent drought and salt tolerant flowers and foliage which will cope well in windy conditions. Armeria ‘Ballerina Lilac’ is a sturdy variety which produces large, round flowerheads made up of clusters of dainty, pink-lilac blooms which burst into colour from late spring through to autumn. Deadheading regularly will encourage more flowers. The sturdy stems stand taller than other Sea Thrifts above its tidy clumps of deep green, grassy foliage. A perfect choice for patio pots and summer beds where it will cope well in poor soils. Height and spread: 25cm (10).
