Cabbage ‘Luzia,’ also known as Tronchuda or Portuguese cabbage, is a non-heading cabbage. The whole leaf is used in the same way as collard greens, and is similar to kale but with much more succulent and sweet-tasting white veins. Because the leaves are so tender, it cooks quickly and is delicious steamed, stir-fried, and even in salads. A vigorous plant with an open habit and good calcium deficiency resistance. It takes 65 days to mature. 40cm (16) tall. 30cm (12) spread.
