Chinese Artichoke ‘Rosoku’
A unique looking, productive hardy perennial which requires very little maintenance. Chinese Artichoke ‘Conito’ boasts between 20 and 30 knobbly coned shaped tubers per plant and can be harvested from November to March. Their crisp texture and nutty taste makes them ideal for adding to stir-fries and salads, or you can gently steam them and saute with herbs. A great addition to your vegetable patch!
