It makes a great choice for drought-resistant gardens, powering through heatwaves from June to the end of September and in good seasons even persisting through to November. Its flowers offer a major source of pollen and nectar, luring a wide variety of honeybees and bumblebees. Teucrium fruticans ‘Indyho’ tolerates poor, dry soils and is perfect for gravel gardens, coastal gardens and container growing.
