Cyperus alternifolius (Marginal Aquatic)
This tender perennial makes an excellent conservatory plant or aquatic marginal for indoor pools. Tall stems are topped with palm-like foliage and yellow-brown flower spikes throughout summer. Cyperus involucratus is commonly called the Umbrella grass due to its striking appearance. This eye-catching sedge is certainly the most ornamental of its genus. Height and spread: 75cm (30).
