Metasequoia glyptostroboides ‘Chubby’ is an uncommon cultivar that is more compact and slow-growing, making it perfect for small gardens. This Dawn Redwood forms a graceful, pyramid-shaped tree with red-bown, fibrous bark. The vibrant green, needle-like foliage of ?Chubby? is soft and feather-like, transforming to striking shades of bronze and orange in autumn before it drops. A superb, award-winning specimen tree!
