Wisteria floribunda ‘Lipstick’
Slightly different to the traditional Japanese Wisteria in that the blooms are mauve-pink with dark purple tips, an alternative to the usual violet colour pallet we expect from them. ?Lipstick? and its beautiful blooms perfectly compliments the pale green foliage backdrop, creating a marvellous display in May and June when clusters will form up to 46cm in length. Easy to grow and will climb up pergolas, walls and any outdoor structure, soaking up all the sun it can. Its leaves will begin bronze in spring, maturing to green, while finally in autumn turning to a butter yellow tone for an additional season of interest. Height: 8m (26 feet). Spread: 4m (13 feet).
