Parsley Favorit – Seeds
The firm and curly deep green leaves of Parsley ‘Favorit’ have a very high dry matter, intensifying the flavour and making it a particularly good garnish. Perfect for using fresh but will also retain its flavour extremely well if dried. The lower leaves are less likely to yellow compared to other varieties and show good resistance to slugs. Culinary note: Some parts of these flowers are edible.
